Totem Rabbit Peacock Symbolism

The rabbit’s large ears and wide-set eyes allow them to detect movement, not just in front of them, but also to the side and to the back and all around them. Rabbits can both freeze and hold completely still, or burst into motion, moving quickly in great leaps and bounds. Once in motion, rabbits zigzag and double back at full speed, making them harder to catch. Rabbits create forms, or little hollows, in the ground which are open in the front and the back, allowing them two escape routes. For those with a rabbit totem, your projects and endeavors may not always move forward steadily. Be ready to leap into action when you detect motion. Your path may not always be straightforward, so that’s why you should always leave yourself multiple escape routes.
