We follow standard American Federal Holidays. Please allow a little extra time if your order is placed on a weekend or holiday. Tracking is of course available. :)
Cancellations
If your order has not yest been shipped, you can login to your account and cancel the order. You will receive a cancellation email as confirmation.
If your order has already been shipped, please email eyeconnectcrafts@gmail.com. with your name, email, phone number, address, and order number.
Returns

We try to make sure your orders arrive in the best possible condition. however we know that sometime thing get damaged during shipping. Damages can occur during transit and order processing errors can be made. Please inspect all merchandise carefully.
If there are any damages or errors, please email eyeconnectcrafts@gmail.com. with your name, email, phone number, address, and order number and a picture of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to make it right. Damaged products can be exchanged for like products.
Refusal
If delivery of an order is refused, our service will contact you. A 20% restocking fee plus the return freight expense will be assessed unless the refusal was in error and you instruct us to reship. In that case, the freight charge for both shipments will be billed.
